Team Roles Breakdown
We’re organised around disciplines that map directly to how AI projects are built – no artificial layers in between.
AI / ML Track
Responsible for model selection, fine-tuning, RAG pipeline design, and model evaluation. This team determines what the AI can do reliably before it ships.
Engineering Track
Responsible for APIs, integrations, deployment infrastructure, and front-end tooling. Connects the AI output to the client’s existing systems.
Product Track
Bridges client goals with technical delivery. Runs discovery workshops, translates requirements into specs, and manages timelines through to delivery.
Infrastructure Track
Manages the underlying infrastructure for every deployment. CI/CD, monitoring, security, and cloud cost optimisation. Makes sure what ships stays running.
